The Westin Bonaventure, in downtown Los Angeles, claims the 68-year-old, his wife and agent Jennifer Lee Barringer signed a contract to book rooms in the hotel for the duration of the five-month trial, which ended in a hung jury.By the end of the trial in September, they owed $104,000 for the rooms, according to the lawsuit which alleges fraud and breach of contract and seeks to recoup the entire bill plus interest.
