Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton face-off tonight in a presidential debate which will host several topics which include the economy, health care, education and the war in Iraq, as well as comments that both candidates and Sen. John McCain have said in the press in the last 50 days.

The ABC News Democratic Presidential Debate will take place on Wednesday, April 16 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The debate will be located in Philadelphia's National Convention Center.

The debate will be the first time Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. Hillary Clinton have been on the same stage in 50 days. This will also mark the last debate before the Pennsylvania primary on April 22.

The 90-minute debate, which will air at 8pm on ABC, will be moderated by Charles Gibson and George Stephanopoulos.

The main topics that will be discussed will be the economy, health care, education and the war in Iraq, as well as comments that both candidates and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) have said in the press in the last 50 days.

Barack Obama will try to put his comments about Pennsylvania voters being "bitter" about their circumstances behind him. The Illinois senator is best when goes off the script, often during a heated exchange between candidates.

Hillary Clinton the debate's moderators are almost certain to push Obama on the significant issue. How he reacts could well determine what the storyline is coming out for Thursday.
