Chickpeas are a favorite at our house and we often grow them in our garden. So I was delighted to find this gorgeous and robust soup – a Moroccan inspired recipe – that will add color and flavor to our dinner table. Lots of veggies and other additions means this is a healthy meal that the entire family will love. Do you eat soup year round or mostly in the winter months?

Nut and Peach Steak Dinner

Winning! Peach puree and pistachio crusted dinner steak. Yum.

I know it sounds unusual but between the pistachio covering and the peach puree, this dinner steak looks amazing! Pretty color with a nice contrast of flavors and healthy ingredients…a total win in my book. And a nice departure from the typical “A-1” topping you usually see on steak.
